Staff great and friendly, the noisy was loud and the jacuzzi was dirty.
The rooms were nice and the staff was tremendously friendly and quick to help.
The jacuzzi in the bedrooms need to be clean more throughly. We used it once and some “hair” came out of the Jets. It was gross and we never used it again. The night entertainment was terrible and it was loud in our room because of the events outdoors and the noise from the lobby entertainment.

2nd time we have stayed here.
Great breakfast restaurant , awesome buffet. So much to choose from.
The samosas were there but not available until 10am, don't Teese.

Great location nice rooms go if the price is right. DON'T UPGRADE UNTIL YOU SEE WHAT YOU GET!
The staff was eager to please. Food was above average except for premium dinners. Great location. Nice rooms.
We went for anniversary. Upgraded rooms. Beach front was told our upgrade came with beachfront cabana. It was in front of the room in the grass looking at a hedge. Went back to the desk was told because we didn't pay full price that was all you got. Welcome to rent one. We also did two premium dinners Chefs plate supposedly the best they have to offer. Had to send the steak back diet coke was colored carbonated water. Piano player left early. Also did Caribbean night. Tough steak lobster served with no butter and served warm at best. Entertainment was lounge singer bad. Wrote an honest review on Google and was emailed while I was still at the resort. Thanked me for helping them by pointing out where it needs work. Do yourself a favor go base room don't waste your money or time on the special dinners. The location puts you right next door to a wonderful selection of nice restaurants. I started reading and the word hustled was used a lot. Nice place If the price is right don't agree to any upgrades until you have eyes on once you play it's we so sorry time. That is my beach front cabana. Buyer beware. The pool is mostly rental cabanas. We travel to Mexico 3 to 4 times a year. Special occasions there are much better options.

The grounds were well maintained.
The restaurant options were limited and service was slow and not very helpful.
